Choirs from around the globe gathered together in Washington, DC during the week of July 4 this summer for the 38th International Congress of Pueri Cantores. The closing Mass took place at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, and was celebrated by Cardinal Donald Wuerl.
